TERMS OF SERVICE

WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW

  • I can draw: Gore, explicit gore scenes, demonic stuff, NSFW (soft)

  • I can't and won't draw: Kids in certain situations, Ferals, Vi0lation, backgrounds, mechas, any form of racism

  • I don't color my drawings for now! There are some colored pieces but these are just me trying to learn how to color, I don't have a colored commission option or price for that.

  • I can try adding little parts of color for the eyes and also for the colored edits I do, but please keep in mind I mainly do black and white art.

COMMISSION PROCESS

  • I will provide the client a google doc just for them where they will put all the info I'll need for the commission. The doc will include a little guide to make the process easy to follow for the client!

  • The client will recieve updates constantly and in every stage, depending on my progress too.

  • I always keep communication with my clients, if I need to take some days off becuase of university responsabilities or personal issues, you will be the first one to know!

  • During the sketch/design phase, you can request revisions to adjust the design to your liking. Additional or major changes beyond this point may require an extra fee, specially when the area is already inked and finished.

  • I’m happy to help my clients even after the commission is completed, as long as it’s within my knowledge and availability (redesigns or redraws will require an additional fee) but I’m always open to helping wit questions, guidance, or suggestions!

  • If the client doesn’t want to lose their slot but prefers to move it to the end of the waitlist, I can do that as long as I’m informed in advance.

AI USAGE

  • I do not consent the use of my artwork on any kind of AI.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, training AI models or generating content using AI tools, whether for personal or commercial use..

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

  • All payments are made through PayPal.

  • I offer the following payment options:

  • Upfront payment (100%)

  • 50/50 split (50% before starting, 50% upon completion)

  • 3-part payment plan for larger projects (available upon request, especially for returning clients)

  • I usually request payment when I’m close to starting your commission ^^ If you’ve secured a slot, it will be reserved for you! .... However, if the commission is canceled, the slot may be given to another client.

  • Some clients prefer to pay upfront, especially if we’ve worked together before or through recommendations. This option is always up to you, and I truly appreciate the trust!

  • You’re free to cancel your commission If I haven’t started working on it yet, I can offer a full refund.

  • If I’ve already started (sketch or beyond), the refund will be partial depending on the progress.

  • Once the artwork is completed, refunds won’t be available.

  • If a slot is canceled, it may be given to another client.

PERSONAL USE

  • If the client wants the art for content creation like: Posting stories, reels, tiktoks, posts, using as Profile picture, etc. Client doesn't need to pay for commercial use.

  • Client can print their art for personal use :D

COMMERCIAL USE

Both Non-Exclusive and Exclusive commercial use options include a written license agreement outlining the rights granted to the client.🔶Non-Exclusive Commercial Use: 60 USD- The client may use the artwork for commercial product sales.
- The artist may display and share the artwork for portfolio, self-promotion, and content creation (including Patreon and social media).
- If the client prefers the artwork to remain private or not be shared (e.g. on Patreon), an additional confidentiality fee will apply.
- The client retains full rights to their character design.
- The artist will not sell products (such as prints, clothing, etc.) using the artwork during the first 6 months from the client’s merchandise launch date.
- After this period, the artist may sell products featuring the artwork, while avoiding direct competition with the client’s active merchandise.
- If the artist sells products featuring the artwork, these will not be presented as “official” merchandise and are independent from the client’s brand.
-If the artwork is used by the artist for prints or other products, the original character owner may be credited (e.g., Character: Name - @username), unless the client prefers to remain anonymous.🔸 Extended Exclusivity (Optional)If the client wishes to extend the exclusivity period for the artwork (e.g. merchandise, prints, or other products) up to 12 months from the client’s merchandise launch date, this can be arranged for an additional fee (to be discussed before confirming the commission).⚠️ While these 2 options are available, I am not running a merch shop at the moment. If a shop is opened in the future, it will mainly feature original designs, so overlap is expected to be minimal or non-existent. This option exists for additional peace of mind if desired.🔶 Exclusive Commercial Use: + 100% Commission Price- The client receives exclusive rights to use the artwork for commercial product sales.
- This exclusivity applies only to the commissioned artwork, not the underlying character design.
- The artist may display and share the artwork for portfolio, social media, and content creation (including Patreon).
- If the client prefers the artwork to remain private or not be shared (e.g. on Patreon), an additional confidentiality fee will apply (to be discussed before confirming the commission).
- The artist will not sell or distribute any products featuring the artwork unless the client gives explicit permission.👁️ Why does Non Exclusive option exist? 👁️I see this as a win-win for both the artist and the client. It helps keep pricing accessible while also supporting the growth of my community. I truly appreciate working with content creators who value my art.Since most of my time is dedicated to commissions, I don’t have many opportunities to work on personal projects. This system helps me balance client work with future personal projects.Thank you for your understanding!

TYPES OF PROJECTS

I’m open to projects such as artwork for VTubers - clothing merchandise, music album covers or book covers, tattoos designs, as well as other types of merchandise (bottle shakers, pins, etc.),
At the moment, I’m not offering VTuber model creation, but it’s a goal for the future.
