TERMS AND CONDITIONS

My commissions can take from 1 week to 2 weeks depending on how many days off I take. Mental health is really important for me.

Big commissions like Upper Boddy or Full Body + Demonic Details, will probably take longer than 2 weeks.

I always keep my clients updated, so clients will know if I'll need more time to start their com. or if I'm going to start sooner with them <3.

I really appreciate the clients patience when they're last in the queue.

Include in a document all your references, description of your character or details of yoir idea, pose references, etc.

If the client wants to give artistic freedom, only include your character references and maybe previous art from me you liked the most.

After the sketch is done,big changes will have a cost, specially if those parts were already inked.

The client will recieve updates constantly and in every stage, depending on my progress too.

All payments are through Paypal.

The client can pay 100% upfront and if not, payments can be split into 2 or 3 parts depending on the clients' needs.

To save a slot, client has to pay at least 30 usd, but I highly recommend just sending the first payment.

No refunds after the work is started!

Client has to pay the Paypal Tax, which is 5.4% + 0.30 USD, this is not negotiable, the tax can be calculated easily.

I can do book covers, music album covers, etc. I'm open for every kind of commission but not for NFTS or stuff like that lol.

Commercial Use: The client is allowed to use the artwork to create and sell products. However, the artist retains the right to also use the artwork for their own purposes, including adding it to their shop or portfolio. * I added this method because sometimes I ended up working only on commissions with Commercial Use and I don't have anything to sell on my own stores:) It's a kind of protection decision, nothing to worry about<3*

Exclusive Commercial Use: The client has the right to use the artwork to create and sell products. The artist is the owner of the artwork and can use it for their social media content and portfolio, but the artist can't create or sell any product using the art, if so, the artist will have to pay the client a fee in the future, this is up to the client!

If the client wants the art for content creation like: Posting stories, reels, tiktoks, posts, using as Profile picture, etc. Client doesn't need to pay for commercial use.

Client can print their art for personal use :D

I can draw: Gore, explicit gore scenes, demonic stuff, NSFW.

I can't and won't draw: Kids in certain situations, Ferals, Vi0lation, complex backgrounds, mechas, any form of racism.
